Out-Of-School Enrichment Programs and Summer Camps are open to the public for registration unless stated otherwise.
Science Clubs 4 Schools are not open to the public, and are available to registered students at the participating school only.
Payment options are as follows:
1. Credit Card
2. Interac Money Transfer - set up firstname.lastname@example.org as the Recipient and use your customer number, found on your order confirmation, as your password to the security question "What is my customer number?".
3. Check payable to Mad Science of Southern Alberta. Please mail checks to Bay 30, 4816 - 35B Street S.E. Calgary, AB T2B 3N1. NSF CHECKS WILL INCUR A $25 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
4. Cash or Money Order - delivered to Bay 30, 4816 - 35B Street S.E. Calgary, AB.
ALL FORMS OF PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN A 7 DAY PERIOD TO AVOID CANCELLATION.
Refunds less a $25 administration fee will be granted for cancellations of Science Clubs 4 School Programs if cancellation is received prior to the start date. Any cancellations received after the start date will lose an additional fee for each scheduled class up to the date of cancellation.
Refunds less a $50 administration fee will be granted for cancellations of Out-Of-School Enrichment Programs if cancellation is received prior to the start date. Cancellations received after the start-date would receive no refund.
Refunds less a $50 administration fee will be granted for cancellations of summer camp programs if cancellation is received no less than 3 weeks before the start date. Cancellations received less than 3 weeks before the start date would receive no refund.
If cancellations are made due to illness or family loss the refund policy above would not apply and you would receive a full refund. In the case of illness, a doctor's note may be required.
Full refunds will be given for programs that are cancelled by Mad Science of Southern Alberta.
